Told upon arrival that the room we reserved and paid for 2 months prior was not available and blamed this on someone else who “left a note stating so” but couldn’t explain why. After much discussion and more than 30 minutes, we DID get the room that was supposedly not available (?) but there was only ONE towel in the room so we had to ask the front desk for more—the person was not very friendly or happy. The elevator was dirty and the carpet heavily stained. Our “bay view” was more trees than water. “Breakfast” was not edible and based on the number of full plates in the trash can, many would concur. Parking was limited. Definitely NOT worth the money paid-especially when compared to other places we have stayed. We would NOT stay here again.

"The room was filthy. Comforter had stains all over it. Bugs and spiders all over the window area and lamp shades. Towels and washcloths were not restocked or soap. Ceiling in the bathroom was crumbling and falling on the toilet. Two missing light bulbs, one in the bathroom and other by bed lights. ..."

"It was a good place to stay you didn't have to leave. The food and drinks were good. The staff we came in contact with were very nice and helpful. I gave it a 4 because the room was a little worn. Large scratches on the furniture and the walls had some damages. Look ng past that and it was great. ..."
